In this week's vlog, Ida gives Erica, our community manager, some tips for surviving the Berlin winter:

  • Embrace hygge: Find comfort in the small things, like a cup of tea, fuzzy blanket or time in front of the fire.
  • Talk to a therapist: Many people feel down and out during the darker months or experience seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Talking to a professional may help.
  • Escape to nature: Get outside of the city and immerse yourself in greenery. Fresh air, a change of scenery and physical activity could make all the difference.
  • Work remote: Mix up your work atmosphere. Working from a cafe, or another city, may renew your focus and attitude.
